I knew long ago that I wanted to create a legacy to leave for my son, Jeremy, and I want to do the same for you. L&J Legacies is dedicated to the mission of guiding people to financial freedom in order to live out their dreams.

In 2019 I knew I had to suppliment my income and real estate was a great path to go, I joined a real estate investor group and started networking with like-minded people.  In 2022 I decided to put all my studying to work, I jumped into Short term rentals.  I loved serving people when they travel.  Within a few short months we established 6 short term rentals in the Illinois area, now by the end of 2022 we have 8 short term rentals.  Our 2023 goal is to form Short term rentals in Florida and in Tennessee, stay tuned to see our journey.
